The Guru Index could possibly be used by anyone as a means of estimating future stock market rates, since it measures the attitude of the investors at any given time.

How to vote?

First you have to register on the Guru Index website. Type in your email address and your phone number. Next, choose a user name (or login) and a password.

Subsequently you have to give your opinion about the closing prices of the three indicators on the last trading day of the month and confirm it. You can always change your estimates later. To help you, we will grant you access to the quotes (end of day data) of the indicators.

Do you think the course of the Bel20 and Dow Jones will rise and EUR/USD will drop? Your opinion will allow us to determine every month at the end of the month, with Cash Magazine, the trends in the sentiment of the investors. You can always consult the graph of the investor sentiment on the website.

When does voting end?

The voting ends on the second or third Thursday of the month at the closing time of the respective markets. Be sure to check the date for the closure of the voting, that will be put on the voting web page. This allows you to already put in your vote for the last market day of the following month. In this way you are helping us to construct an outlook for an entire month concerning the Bel20, Dow Jones and EUR/USD.

Who becomes a stock market Guru?

The stock market Guru is the person who has entered an estimate nearest to the closing course of at least one of the aforementioned indicators.

With his permission the winner will have the privilege of having an interview with him published on the Guru Index website and of having his picture on a fake cover of Cash Magazine (only on the Guru Index website as well).
