Guru Index conditions

Organisation

The "Guru Index" is organised by Keytrade Bank SA/NV, Boulevard du Souverain 100 at 1170 Brussels, registered in the Brussels company register under number BE 0464034340 and by Roularta Media Group, Z.1. Reasearchpark 120 at 1731 Zellik, registered in the Kortrijk company register under number BE 0434278896. The competition is free of charge and is without any purchase obligation.

Participation and development

All persons, clients and non-clients of Keytrade Bank or subscribers and non-subscribers to Roularta Media Group, can participate in the Guru Index.

Only individual participations will be taken into account. Every participant can participate only once (if the same person enters the competition more than once, only the last participation will be retained).

One can only participate online and has to follow the following procedure: after the registration of your email address and phone number, you have to choose your user name (or login) and a password, which you will need every time you connect to the Guru Index.

Subsequently you have to give your opinion on the closing price of following financial indicators: Bel20, Dow Jones and EUR/USD on the last market day of the month.

The last day on which you can vote is the second or third Thursday of the month (be sure to check the date for the closure of the voting, that will be put on the voting web page) and until the closing of the aforementioned markets. This way you will be able to cast your vote for the last market day of the following month. This will help us establish an outlook for the entire month concerning the Bel20, Dow Jones and EUR/USD.

You can adjust your estimates on any given time until the last day of the voting.

Each participation with an inaccurate or incomplete postal address, phone number and/or email address will be considered invalid.

Prizes

After you have made an estimate on the closing prices of the Bel20, Dow Jones and EUR/USD, you have the possibility of winning the following prizes: first prize is a mini-PC ASUS Eee PC 900SD en the following 4 participants win a subscription as desired to one of the magazines Trends/Cash, Moneytalk, Bizz Magazine or l’Initié de la Bourse/Inside Beleggen.

Prizes are not exchangeable in cash.

Determination of the winners – Prizes

First prize are won by the participant who has given the answer that is closest to the closing price of at least one of the three cited indicators.

The subscriptions are won by the participants who are in second, third, fourth and fifth place in the monthly ranking.

With regard to the estimation of the closing price, if there is no correct answer, the nearest number than the correct answer will be given priority to other numbers. In case of an ex aequo, the winner will be the participant who has validated his answer first.

The winners will be informed personally by telephone and/or by email at the email address they have provided when they registered and will receive their prize at the postal address they will provide us following the email announcing their gain.

The winner of the first prize will have the privilege, with his consent, of seeing his photo on a fake cover of Cash Magazine and of being interviewed by one of the editors of Cash Magazine. This interview will be available on the website of the Guru Index.

Privacy

When participating in the Guru Index, the participant agrees to his name, first name and email address being stored in the files of Keytrade Bank and Roularta. The participants have the right to consult, to correct or to remove this data from our files. This data will not be given to any third parties.

Under his authorization, the participants agree that Keytrade Bank and Roularta can publish the name, the first name and possibly a picture of the winner within the context of the Guru Index.

The totality of the data conveyed by the participants is stored in de files of Keytrade Bank and Roularta. Liability

Keytrade Bank and Roularta cannot be held accountable for technical problems the participant experiences at home or with the provider in a way that there is a delay in his participation or a loss of data by the participant.

Nor can Keytrade Bank and Roularta be held accountable for the quality of the prizes.

More general, Keytrade Bank and Roularta cannot be held accountable for possible damages, of any nature whatsoever, which would be the result of the participation or the notification of the prize.

Disputes

By participating in the Guru Index, the participant agrees with all points stipulated in these conditions and all decisions made by Keytrade Bank and Roularta.

Within the context of the Guru Index no written or telephone communication will take place, except for the communication with the winners by email or telephone.

Keytrade Bank and Roularta reserve the right to immediately exclude a participant when there is a suspicion of abuse or fraud.

No typing or printing errors, nor errors in the lay-out or similar errors may constitute the basis of damages or interests or any other obligation on behalf of Keytrade Bank and Roularta.
